Scott Allen

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Allen joined Boston Pharmaceuticals in 2020 from T2 Biosystems, where he was Corporate Controller of the publicly listed, multi-national, in vitro diagnostics company. Scott brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience to Boston Pharmaceuticals. Prior to T2 Biosystems, Scott was a Managing Director at CFGI, where he worked on many initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex financial transactions. Scott began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a certified public accountant. He holds an M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Assumption College.
